Exchanges & Store Credit

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@davincimene.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

• If eligible, we will offer an exchange for the same item or provide store credit.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Order Cancellations & Changes

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping Issues

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the package has been handed over to the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery concerns.
